Air Traffic at Phoenix Sky Harbor
July 1-2, 2018

I visited Sky Harbor in the afternoon of June 30 to photograph the return of Honeywell's 757 fro a visit to southeast Asia. Asia Pacific Airines' 727 was scheduled to arrive at Sky Harobr from Kansas City soon after, but it was delayed until midnight. I visited Sky Harbor in the afternoon of July 1, 2018 to photograph the departure of Asia Pacific Airines' 727 for Honolulu. It was scheduled to take-off at 2:00. I waited at the airport for four hours before heading home. It changed its destination to Los Angeles and took off at 6:30. It was almost to San Bernardino when it diverted back to Phoenix. On July 2, it filed a flight plan to return to Kansas City, scheduled to depart at 9:00 AM. I waited in the heat until it took off at 10:11 and finally got my pictures of it.
